Patient Liason

  Kathy is here to help you with Physician referrals, insurance questions, questions regarding your bill, or scheduling of appointments. She can also assist in finding transportation options for you or a family member.
  Her prior managerial experience was with St. John’s Hospital for the last 18 years, although she does continue to work on a PRN basis there.
  Most recently, she worked in St. John’s Hospital's Rehabilitation Department. She has many years experience in scheduling, obtaining insurance referrals, and communicating with Physician Offices. She has referred to herself as a patient liaison because she enjoys working with patients to help answer any questions or resolve any issues that they might have.
  She has also worked in the Cardiovascular Department at St. John’s Hospital and continues to do on a PRN basis. Her experience includes treadmills, EKG’s, Holter monitoring, Arrhythmia monitoring, and custom compression stockings (JOBST). She served in a Charge Person role for several years before going to the Rehabilitation Department.
  She is pleased to have joined with Brigitte Cutler and Leah Boente-Hulcher at PhysioTherapy Professionals in a relaxed, comfortable, fun atmosphere where the patient comes first and everyone strives to put their expertise and talents to work for you.
